Coffee as a
craft, not a commodity.
Brewly started in 2017 when our founder Mara Osei returned from a year spent visiting coffee farms in East Africa. She came back with a simple conviction: the gap between a great bean and a great cup should be as small as possible.
Today we roast everything in-house, train our baristas obsessively, and keep our menu tight so we can do fewer things exceptionally well.
Sourced with care
We work directly with 14 small farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — paying above fair-trade prices.
Roasted in-house
Our roastery is three blocks away. Every batch is roasted to order, never sitting on a shelf for more than a week.
Brewed with precision
Every recipe is dialed in by our head barista. Grind size, water temperature, and extraction time — nothing is left to chance.
